Currently our presence is in California with nationwide growth goal, Republic Bridge Lending with affiliates and non-affiliates have originated loans in senior secured short-term loans, across various properties type throughout California.

We are a boutique real estate firm with a goal to redefine capital access to real estate investors to support our clients with their leverage needed in the real estate market. Our flexible strategy enables investors to access the real estate and capital market in the out of banks and agencies guidelines and property conditions allowing borrowers to exploit into inefficiencies around the real estate market to capture opportunistic deals. We intend to lend and facilitate high-quality real estate assets and increased leverage ratio to provide sophisticated investors with an advantage in the competitive real estate throughout California.

Our credit guideline spans across multiple real estate asset classes, including industrial, Retail, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, and Hospitality with a focus on opportunistic deals for our clients. Simultaneously, we aim to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors while protecting them against downside risk and borrowers' exit strategy.
